The room is in a Victorian end of terrace 'cottage' situated in a tree lined cul de sac with friendly neighbours and good community feel. 5 minutes walk from Homerton overground, 2 mins walk from buses to central London, 3 mins walk from Victoria Park, 10 minute walk to Hackney Wick and Olympic Park. Council tax band C.
The room is furnished ...double bed, bedside tables with lamps, built in wardrobe and shelves, chair, TV screen for computer hook up, laundry basket, long mirror. Bed linen and towels are provided. Tenants would have shared use of a large kitchen with table seating, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, cupboard storage....and lots of cooking equipment... bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. There is a sunny patio/backyard area for sitting in and bicycle storage. Fortnightly cleaning of shared areas included in rent. Also access to shared storage facility in Bow (not included in basic rent)
I am looking for a single tenant or a couple (rent negotiable for single tenant) who are considerate and clean! I am easy going, sociable, clean and tidy and am away quite a lot!
