I have a room to rent in Hornsey, North London. A decent size double room, in a beautiful new build, with private balcony and amazing transport links. Room is fully furnished and room with chest of drawers, wardrobe, double bed and desk. £850 including bills (tv licence, internet, Utilities)

A bit about me:

I am a secondary music teacher (part time) and freelance musician, working from home a couple days a week.

I own the flat, lived here for 3 years. The neighbours are cool and real friendly.
I am chilled guy, defo not a party house. A big music fan and film fan, like cooking and chilling or out with mates, going to gigs or the pubs in the local area.

My preference is someone who doesn’t WFH
