Large and bright en-suite double room :)

We received lots of interest so I’ll just go through the messages that we got so far :)

Hi there!

I am moving in with my partner so I’m leaving this lovely room in Hornsey. There is a huge Sainsbury’s and Argos just across the street, and post office, gp, and shops are all close by. Crouch End is just around the corner with nice restaurants, cinemas and cafes. Quick bus and train connections to Finsbury Park. The place is a 10-12 min walk to Turnpike Lane station (Piccadilly Line). The room is on the top floor of the house with en-suite bathroom. You have the floor for yourself so the room is very private and quiet.

Nice open view of the neighbourhood outside, the windows do not face the street! The room is bright and huge and easily accommodates people who work from home or just want space! There is also a huge storage space behind the white door you see in the picture. The rest of the flat includes a common kitchen with living room, also not facing the streets so pretty quiet!!

You would share the flat with 3 other people in their twenties working in the film industry. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming, but we all keep ourselves busy with our things. I am looking for someone clean, friendly, and respectful to take over my room.

Rent is 680£, which is not bad for such a big en-suite room. Bills are around 100£ per month. You would need to pass a reference check with the agency, but guarantors are accepted if you’re not employed full-time. The room comes furnished with the double bed, closet, and bathroom shelves. The rest is mine but I’m happy to sell some items at a cheap price!

The moving date is flexible for now but will be around mid July. We can finalise things once you decide to take the room!
