I am looking for someone to take my place in the tenancy immediately. The tenancy is over in November 2025.

The flat is very attractive, with a spacious living room, television with broadband, beautiful bathroom with shower and bathtub. Your room (the double room) has A LOT of storage space with large mirror wardrobes, plenty of space for clothes and shoes and storage of other items.

The pictures are from before I first moved in. There are no baby items in the flat, and there is more space both in the living room and bedroom.

The flat is on the 3rd floor and overlooks a park. Within seconds of walking, you have the local Londis, a few takeaway places, whole-foods store, pharmacy, post office and cafes. The neighbourhood is extremely friendly and my experience living here has been a wholesome one.

The flat mate, a civil servant, is a lovely, laidback, professional male who works long hours out of the flat 4 days a week. He is very respectful of space, and is clean and tidy. He is also a great conversationalist with a good sense of humour. It has been a joy to live with him.

Rent for the room is £975pcm, then with bills on top, it comes to around or just under £1100pcm total.
