Spacious Crouch Hill flat share with garden & cat

Hello househunters!

I have a double room to let in my spacious flat in crouch hill on a Monday-Friday basis. I’m looking for someone friendly, relaxed, and cat friendly to share with me and my (very cute but sometimes a little hyper!) cat Mia.

I work at a school so am out every day during the week (apart from blissful school holidays), and I’m usually out a couple of evenings during the week too.

Ideally I’d like to find someone a bit sociable, who is up for chats over cups of tea/glasses of wine, or just relaxing and watching some tv together when we are both in.

The bedroom on offer is a large furnished double room on the first floor. It’s a 3 bed flat split over 2 floors, and the 3rd bedroom is used as a spare room/office/additional living room. Alongside this there is a big bright kitchen with all the expected bits (including washing machine and dishwasher), a dining room, living room, full bathroom and downstairs loo.

We also have a terrace and garden which opens from the living room, and is quite a suntrap during the day. It’s mostly paved but with some plants. It needs a bit of TLC at the moment but it is a great space for some low-key socialising or just relaxing in the sunshine!

The flat is in a quiet residential area just under 10 minutes walk from Crouch End and Crouch Hill station. There are also buses to Finsbury Park and Archway stations or those stations are about 20 mins walk from here. We are close to lots of cafes and pubs in Crouch End and Stroud Green and the Parkland Walk is very nearby as well as other green spaces.

It’s a Monday to Friday let but I would be happy to extend to occasional weekends if agreed in advance. All bills included. Start date flexible from 7th July.
