Looking for a nice trustworthy sociable tenant / flatmate - to share my flat which is in a gated area Mon - Fri

I have lived here for over 15 + years and have a lovely tight nit community of friends and neighbours. the area has something for everyone and for its got amazing transport links for those who want to venture further a field.

I'm looking for a nice chap to share my flat with -
Shared areas include bathroom kitchen living space
Initial 3 months period which can be extended if all works out . The Last tenant lived with me for 2 years.

Netflix/ fibreoptic Wi-Fi all the kitchen appliances you can want including bean to cup coffee machine are part of the flat and for use. a cleaner visits every fortnight and this is included in the rent - however I need someone who is clean and respects the shared spaces.

The room would suit a professional ; hopefully someone who does not have to work from more than 2 days a week.
I’m literally behind Hoxton station - i enjoy an active social life and travel almost every month and work away from home frequently.

The flat is fully kitted out - the new person would just need their bedding and stuff.
