Two rooms for rent in Hoxton, a great area near Shoreditch Park (10 min walk from Haggerston St, 12 min from Hoxton St., 20 min walk from Old Street St). The flat is on the top (3rd) floor and has no lift. We're flexible with the furniture.

We share the kitchen and the bathroom. We are two working professionals (28 and 35) and are looking for 2 new flatmates. We are chilled, respect each other's space and have been living in the flat for 3 years already.

Both rooms are available from 13th June (in-person viewings from 30th May). We are an LGBT friendly and a smoke free household. Minimum age 27.

Smaller room 800, bigger room 850. Deposit 1 month rent and all bills included.
