I have three children who stay with me over the weekends and during half term. They are aged 12, 8, and 7.

The available space is a one-bedroom ensuite, and it will be available in June. The house is conveniently situated between Barking Station and Ilford Station.

I am seeking a professional, tidy, and responsible individual.

Additionally, my father resides with me on the ground floor. He enjoys engaging in conversation.

A desk, chair, internet access, and a single bed will be provided, along with three wardrobes for hanging clothes, storing shoes, and jewelry. There is also additional storage available.
