My partner and i are away for a two weeks and looking for someone or a couple to take up a short sublet of our double bedroom in our 3-bedroom house for 12 nights month. It's a relaxed spot in a lovely neighbourhood with a gorgeous bedroom & living room river view to boot.

Your double bedroom is on the bottom floor with double french doors onto the deck where theres a nice private outside seating area. Theres also a TV in the bedroom thats hooked up to all of the apps. There is also a bathroom/shower on the bottom floor.

It's pretty quiet and private, perfect if you're looking to chill out.

The middle floor is where the living room, dining room, and kitchen are. It's a homely space, and the view of the river from the living room is really something - ideal for your morning coffee and relaxing in the evening.

You'll be sharing the house with my two flatmates while I'm away on holiday. Both are long term friends - one's a really friendly guy working in e-sports with a hybrid work schedule, and the other's a video producer. They're both easy-going and respectful and out a lot of the time. The house energy is really lovely :)

Location-wise, we're in a great spot to get pretty much anywhere in the city. 25 minutes to Bank Station. We are a 10 minute walk to the DLR Mudchute or Island Garden Station. We are also a 10-15 minute walk to Greenwhich via the underground tunnel. Its a lovely walk along the river, i pop over quite often to work in cafes.
