Large double room available for sublet in Zone 1

THIS IS NOT A LONG TERM RENTAL- IT IS AN ADD FOR A 1.5 MONTH SUBLET(June - July)

Hello,

I am subletting my room from June to half July.

You would be living with Mira and Tina. Both in the final year of their PhD.
Mira does a PhD in climate change, Tina in economics! They are the sweetest flatmates ever!

The house is fully-refurbished and it located between Highbury and Islington and Dalston, 5 minutes from the overground, 10/15 from The Victoria line, 1 minute from the bus stop with a lot of amazing night buses (38,73,341)

The room is big and very bright. It comes furnished with a double sized bed, a wardrobe, shelves. The house counts two fully-fitted bathrooms, a huge living room, a garden with barbecue and bike storage and a big kitchen with lots of storage spaces

Costs: £1000 per month, all bills included. we also have a lovely cleaner that helps us with the house chores (£30 per month)

There is very a friendly atmosphere at home. We enjoy spending time together but we also respect our personal space. We like keeping the common areas clean and tidy.
