We have one remaining very large and lovely room to let on the ground floor of our family home in Islington. The five storey house is wonderfully situated on a Georgian terrace, set just back from Upper St with all it's cafe's, restaurants, bars and bakeries and is just across the road from Highbury & Islington station (Victoria line and overground) and lovely Highbury Fields with it's gym, swimming pool and tennis courts.
The remaining room (20'6 x 13'9 with very high ceiling) has double bed, large wardrobe, sofa/armchair with plenty of room for a desk. The room opens out on to a pretty balcony with access to the garden. There is a cloakroom with a loo and sink beside the bedrooms and the bathroom is upstairs with a power shower and bath. At the moment, it is just myself, my husband and my fifteen year old daughter living at home with our two golden labradors plus one female lodger. There is a separate fridge and ample cupboard space in the large kitchen/diner and a pretty 80ft garden with table and chairs. As well as the shared areas, the family has separate space upstairs.
