Hey, we’re Gwen (32) and Abbi (29). We’re looking for a new roommate to join us in our beautiful 3 bedroom flat situated in Finsbury Park.

Full Description of Property: The flat is situated on the second floor of a terraced building. The bedroom advertised is on the first level of the flat, where there is also one bathroom & the kitchen/ lounge area (as per floor plan). The bedroom is large, with space for a double bed + storage space. The bedroom is unfurnished, however if you decide to live here, you can enquire about purchasing the ottoman bed off the current tenant.
The downstairs bathroom will essentially be yours, as Gwen and I use the upstairs bathroom! It comprises of: walk-in shower and screen, sink with mixer taps and lavatory fitted into the vanity unit.
The lounge/kitchen is fully furnished (as per photos). You’re welcome to bring anything to add to the kitchen but there’s also no need to buy anything as we share kitchen utensils etc!

Property is conveniently located 5 min walk to Finsbury Park underground station, which has access to Piccadilly & Victoria lines as well as national rail services!

The flat is a short walk from a PureGym & a variety of shops, restaurants and cafes. It’s only a 10 minute walk to Finsbury Park itself, which is great for summer evenings!

About Gwen & I: We’re both children’s nurses who love going out to restaurants and pubs as much as we love staying in for a movie night with chocolate & a bottle of wine! The vibe of the flat is very cosy and socialable, so we’re looking for someone who treats the flat as their home & wants to join us for chilled evenings watching tv and chatting. Equally, we do respect each other’s space and will often be tucked up in bed for 9pm. Housemates must be clean and tidy up after themselves.

You’ll be required to undergo appropriate tenancy checks via agent. Minimum stay 6 months with option of renewal in December 2024.
