Hey guys! We are looking for a flatmate to take a double bedroom and join us for 2 months. The room is available from 29th May to 31st July (the possibility to extend the lease is currently being discussed).

The modern newly built house securely located on the quiet street just 10 mins away from Finsbury Park Station.

-Spacious bedroom plus large shared living room and kitchen with an access to the terrace and backyard

-Bathroom shared with one more person

- All the necessary appliances: dishwasher, washing machine and etc.

- The house is clean and well maintained.

- All bills are 80£ each per month.

About us: we all work in restaurant industry.
Very easy going and respectful people, like to maintain the house clean so normally one of us does cleaning on their day off.

Sometimes we like to cook together or hang out in the living room after work but the majority of time the house is half empty.

Two of the flatmates are chefs who work very long hours so you’ll barely see them during the week.
