ABOUT THE PROPERTY
The pièce de résistance is the property’s large leafy private back garden which is off the kitchen patio. It is complete with garden lights, furniture and grill for those long summer London evenings. There is a deck and astro turf (which means very little upkeep!). The property has a large kitchen with 6 burners, a triple oven (installed March 2020), full fridge, dishwasher. There is a cosy but bright living room with a large L shaped sofa (opens to a sofa-bed), some book storage and a marble fireplace, behind which we've created an open dining area with a beautiful large wooden dining table. There is a large modern bathroom complete with shower, bath, sky light and a heated towel rack. The property is split over 3 floors (the first being kitchen, living & garden access; the second floor with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom; and the third floor with the study overlooking the garden).

The property is located a 5 min walk from H&I station, minutes from Upper Street and Highbury Fields in a vibrant enclave of Islington. It's also a 5min walk from Canonbury overground and easy access to Stoke Newington and Clissold park.

ABOUT US
I'm sadly moving out of this lovely flat as have finally managed to a buy a place. Sophia, a lovely Australian working professional will remain on until the end of the tenancy in November (after which the landlord is selling). She's an absolute gem of a housemate (sociable but respectful of privacy and downtime). When not working, Sophia loves going to gigs, cheese/wine nights, indulging in good food, watching TV and BBQs in the garden in summer.

ABOUT YOUR ROOM
We're looking for a flatmate to occupy the second double bedroom short term until the end of the tenancy in November. The bedroom is well-furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, window and sky light. You would also get full use of the study which is set on the 3rd floor with two windows with views over the back garden (great for working from home).
