I am leaving my room at the End of November which is single room, but with a double bed and built in wardrobe.
The flat is located in the bakersfield estate and has free parking in front of the flat. There is also easy access to the tube, with caledonian road, holloway road and tufnell park less than 15 mins walk away!
The flat is shared with 3 other easy going guys all between 27 an 30. Being guys with busy lives, the flat can get a little messy at times so you will need to have a tolerence to this.

There is an £100 admin fee and electricity and council tax come to most £60 month in total, so for the location still a bargain at the price.
