I’m looking for a flatmate for my 22 years old male tenant in my 2 bedroom fully furnished property located on the corner of St Paul's Road and Newington Green Road, Islington N1 2QQ.

The property has two large double bedrooms fully furnished (he is currently occupying one room), a bathroom with a separate toilet, living room with a dining table and two sofas, Super fast broadband and a kitchen with all appliances. There is also central heating. In addition there is a good size patio used only by the occupants within this flat.

Walking distance to Cannonbury, Highbury & Islington, Dalston Junction and Angel stations.

As well as there are 24 hours excellent links to the City, West End, Soho, canary wharf, Angel and stratford, i. e. a lot of buses near the flat (No: 38,56, 73, 30, 476, 277, 121, 21).

Current flatmate is a professional working in the City of london.

There is no deposit but one month rent in advance is required and one every beginning of the month.
