Friendly flat share in central London is looking for a new (female) member to join!

The flat is ideally located near Lambeth North station, a c. 15 min Walk to London Eye and Westminster and offers easy access to the public transports of Lambeth North, Waterloo, and Elephant & Castle. There is no living room, but the kitchen serves as the central meeting point in the flat where the flatmates catch up on their days and spend some time together. Other common spaces are the central corridor and shared bathroom. A cleaning rota amongst the tenants helps keep the place nice and tidy! Please consider a budget for bills of c. £100 on top of rent, but subject to increase with inflation.

The room (see pictures) is furnished, south-east oriented (good amount of natural light during the day) and offers a fair amount of storage space.

The flatmates - one European, one South Asian - are both young professionals working in the arts; and are lovely people and considerate flatmates who after coming home from a long day enjoy a quiet and relaxing evening.
