Spacious Double, Bills Included - Kennington

A 7-minute walk from Kennington tube station and located in a lovely cul de sac. Our current flatmate is moving out at the end of the month so looking to find a replacement. You'd be living with 2 other guys. Includes all bills.

The shared space consists of a bath/shower room upstairs & a WC downstairs. The main living space is an open-plan kitchen living room. Then we have a fairly large garden area with a pool table, darts board and BBQ which will be lovely for the upcoming summer.

The room comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers & some artwork. It's the largest in the house and has a big wardrobe area for storage.

The guys in the house are both working professionals. Ryan (29) works for a beer festival company and Dan (30) works for an education business. Both of them are friendly social people who enjoy a drink on weekends as well as chilling watching films in the evenings.
