Hey all, we currently have a large furnished double room up for grabs in our flatshare in Kennington 🌱 for May. The room is fully furnished with draw space, a desk and a bright window space overlooking some gardens. There is also a large living room, kitchen and south-facing balcony which gets the sun all day, where there is space to keep a bike.
In Zone 1, the flat is incredibly well located with Kennington Tube station a 10 minute walk away for those using the Northern line. We are also surrounded by some fantastic green spaces, with Kennington Park a five minute walk from the house.
The flat is currently made up of three guys and one girl. In terms of work, Cherry works in renewable energy research, Cameron works in data analytics and Jamie works as a jazz singer so we all have varying schedules working both from home and in the office.
As a group, we are sociable bunch who like to do things together on the weekend, so we would love somebody who is looking for a good balance between doing their own thing and socialising :)
