The house in only a 7 minute walk from Kennington tube, on the Northern Line just next to Kennington Park. There are 5 bedrooms, with a large communal living room an an open plan kitchen and dining room that opens onto the garden and patio.

Rent is £900 per month, but includes all bills inc. Council Tax, Sky TV, BT Internet, weekly cleaner and general house products.

The ground floor room has its own front door, so you have your own access in and out of the property. It will be left unfurnished. the room photographed is a different room, but of similar size and style.

There are 4 other girls in the property at the moment, so either a 5th girl, or guy is fine.
