My flatmate is moving out of our Kennington loft flat to go travelling, so I’m looking for somebody new to move in.

The property consists of a large living room with wood burning fire; it is open plan with a modern well fitted kitchen and a shared bathroom. There are sash windows and timber flooring throughout the living room area, with two carpeted bedrooms. The flat forms the top floor of a converted Victorian terrace building, with great rooftop views and excellent natural sunlight. The available bedroom is a double, which comes furnished with a double bed, bedside table, and lamp, two fitted wardrobes, as well as a good sized chest of draws and large fitted wall mirror.

The location is very central, and the flat itself is about 7 minutes’ walk from Kennington tube station (Northern Line). There are plenty of buses to both South and North London and a Boris bike stand 3 minutes from the flat – so it's very easy to get pretty much anywhere. There are some great pubs dotted around, we are 5 minutes from Kennington Park, and a couple of minutes’ walk from a Morrisons and M&S.
