We have a large and bright single room in Kensal Green from the 16th May.

The room has a large window and is very light. Comfortable double size bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe, there are more furniture available if you wish to keep it.

The house is on Ravensworth Road which is a very quiet side street running just off Harrow Road. The house is only 5 minutes walk from Kensal Green station on the Bakerloo line and the London Overground line to Euston. Kensal Rise and Willesden Junction stations are about 10 minutes walk. Queens Park is about 20 minutes walk.

The house is shared with 4 friendly people – all young professionals (2 x researchers, graphic designer & a climbing instructor...) of various nationalities (British, Italian & Swedish). There is a large shared kitchen that opens onto a spacious shared living room. There's also a small garden with a barbecue. (for when the sun decides to come out!) :)

The rent is £490 per month excluding bills. The bills are divided equally between the house-mates - the average cost is £60-85 per person per month. The deposit is £560.

Whoever takes over the room needs to be happy to take care of the TV Licence bill (each room is responsible for 1 bill in the house). We have a cleaner who takes care of communal areas once a week 3 times a month.
