Sunny, 50ft terraced & well maintained, elegantly manicured but very pretty with Plenty of Room for BBQ's, parties & sunbathing.. we have a huge deep paddling pool for summer and I was persuaded to get a giant unicorn, Swan & shark inflatables, it’s ‘Mini Marbella’!!.

ABOUT US
We are very happy & chilled, alternative thinking & slightly bohemian so though it seems like a lot of people live here, because we are all about at different hours due to work, study etc.. the house is mostly pretty quiet except at around 8pm when we congregate in the kitchen if someone made cake or better still dinner! It's rather like living in a fabulous sitcom with amazing dialogue ... everyone here laughs a lot.. & harmony is key!

We have a cat called Harry ( Thinks he owns the house) So you must love cats!! However it is not generally possible to bring a pet here, we are a one cat home, sorry!

We do have smokers here but they never smoke in the house, garden only!!

THE PERFECT PERSON/S
It’s a Great place for a first time home leaver. Performing Arts/Erasmus students or young executive/professional or creative, yogi’s & alternative health types very welcome. Would suit respectful, considerate, tidy, independent, friendly, chilled person Who speaks English, has a good sense of humor and wants a fun but peaceful space to live, enjoys the company of others and likes the idea of chilled and reasonably eccentric home where people actually care about each other , respectful guests are welcome too! ( including occasional ‘sleepovers’ ... however the promiscuously inclined are not encouraged..)

When I read the advertisement for this room for the first time, I remember thinking: I love that humor & there are just two possibilities: either this place fits perfect to me or absolutely not. When I came over to view the place, I was very stressed out (just went over to London at that day but did not have a place to stay yet) but the moment I entered this house, I felt calm and comfortable. There were a bunch of people in the kitchen, everyone greeting me warmly. I started talking to Alex in the garden and just felt more and more comfortable every minute I stayed. This house is just full of warmth and incredible people. So when I left it and went back to my hostel, the only thought I had was I want to live there so badly, hopefully they choose me! i have found my personal paradise here ;)
