I have a luxury apartment on top floor of Farley Court, Melbury Road, overlooking our beautiful neighbourhood from different angles.

It’s a very large and really stunning 3 bedroom home, with a super spacious living & kitchen space.

I’m looking to let the larger room to a professional
It’s 4.3 x 3.2m, … (PLUS: *Welcome you to share the 2nd room with me, as an office-space*) ... yes, you get 1 & a half room practically, plus the rest of the amenities:

You also have access to the main shower & loo, (I have my own en-suite bath in my room)

[You can also have access to our parking lot, which is first come first get, or apply to get a resident-permit from the council]

We have bi-weekly cleaning (they’ll clean your room too)

Have 75mbps fibre wifi connection! it's great!

Kitchen is my favourite part: Tassimo coffee machine, and drinking water is auto-filtered from tap, With lots of cabinets & spacious fridge & freezer
(And I will ensure we have breakfast essentials for both of us)

I’m asking for £2000 plus half the utility bills, since it’ll be 2 of us living here.
I think it’ll be roughly £2,250.

The apartment is over £5000 currently, plus garage, etc. It's just a top location & the apartment is fantastic really.

I am a single professional, myself, Only home early mornings & late-nights, 7 days a week!
