This room is located on its own floor, features a lovely balcony with sitting area which faces the ground floor rose garden. Normally you would share a bathroom and additional toilet with two other tenants but in the currelnt situation, the landlady (myself) is often away and then her bathroom is also available.

Double room:
This room is very quiet and sunny, overlooking the garden and is fully furnished with a desk, chair, bed, bookcase, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. You'll share a bathroom with two others with very high hygiene standards.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with a shared washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

The house is located in a quiet residential area but a short walk from shops and cafes and 15 minute walk from beautiful Hampstead Heath.
