Light & spacious double room in Kentish Town

I am moving out of my lovely first floor flat in Kentish Town to live with a friend. My room is a large double with wooden floorboards and lots of natural light from the sash windows in a Victorian terraced property.

You'll be sharing the flat with three other young professionals in their twenties - a writer, a sound technician and a management consultant - who are all very friendly. Everyone has their own lives but enjoy catching up from time to time in the shared kitchen/living room. There is one large bathroom with a shower and toilet and one separate toilet.

It's a great flat with lots of character and only a 5 minute walk to Kentish Town station or even less to the 29/253 buses on camden road. I will miss living here and at such a bargain price for the area!

They are looking for someone of a similar age who wants somewhere to relax in the evenings and a place to call home - it's not a party house!

Some of the furniture in the photos is mine but the room will have a desk, wardrobe, mirror, chest of drawers, armchair, fixed cupboards and bed - the one in the photo is mine but the landlord will arrange a replacement if you do not have your own to bring.

The room is available from the 15/16th October and viewings will be in the evening week beginning 3rd October. Bills are roughly £70pcm. The lease runs until April 2017 on my contract but can be carried forward.
