Flat Available - Short term lets only

Flat part furnished, less furniture/items than in the images.

I have a double bedroom available in my 2x bedroom flat to rent out. The double bedroom has a double bed and mirrored wardrobe to store your clothes.

You will have the flat to yourself most of the time, as I will only be coming up to stay 1x night every week, if that. I also don't mind you having access to use the second room when I am not in the flat as it has a desk that you are welcome to use and the room will not have many of my personal items in there.

The flat is very bright, has fantastic views of the city and sunset and I like to keep the place nice a clean! A nice bathroom and spacious living/kitchen area with a balcony.

The flat is a beautiful, light 2 bedroom flat in one of the new Kidbrooke Village Apartments. Situated a 4 minute walk to Kidbrooke Village train station (15 minutes to London Bridge) Surrounded by parks, shops, the local pub/restaurant, a walk into blackheath and right next to David Lloyd and Pure Gym. There is private bike storage for the flats, a car park downstairs (paid only) and concierge for the building.

I am looking for a lodger for a rolling monthly contract. The reason I need a somebody who is happy with a rolling month/temporary contract is due to me putting the flat on the market, this could take up to 6 months, less or more depending on when it sells. There will be the occasional viewing and myself coming up to move things out. Also happy to discuss renting for a few weeks or also couples (The price will be higher for couples)
