Bedroom to rent in Kilburn 8 min walk to tube

Me and my housemates Sam, Holly and Syndey are looking for a new housemate to join us in our flat from mid July. Holly is leaving to go traveling so there's a room available.

Breakdown;

💸 £750 for room (+ approx £140 bills)
📆 Tenancy: Finishes in July but we plan to stay another year

⏰ Ages around 24-28
💳 Approx £550 deposit
🙁 No smoking in the house and preferably not full time WFH

The house is located in Kilburn, a c.8 minute walk to the tube and the high street with lots of shops. The room available is as seen in the photos, it has room under the bed for storage, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers. The rest of the house is fully furnished.

Sam works in finance (24), Holly works as a physio (25), Sydney works in retail (24) and I work in project management (25). I work from home 2-3 days a week and Sam, Sydney and Holly are full time in the office. We like taking it easy during the week - all enjoy good food, gym/exercise and a decent movie. On the weekends we like socialising, going out/to the pub and don’t mind the old dance music events/festivals.

Would be good to meet for a beer/coffee first to make sure we all get on.

We’d love to find someone of a similar age and vibes (sociable and enjoys doing stuff but also clean and respectful in the household). Would be great if we can be mates and not just housemates.
