Small room for single occupant

Small bedroom in Kilburn and in a big house with a beautiful garden, 3 mins from Kilburn station (Jubilee line) and to the bus stop taking you directly to the West End.

The room has a double bed with underbed drawers, a closet and a desk with a chair. The room is on the top floor and has a bathroom that you will share with 2 more people.

There are plenty of shops in the area and many parks and cool areas like Queens Park and West Hampstead within walking distance.

The house hosts a total of 10 people and is very quiet and clean. We are all professionals and we get along and love spending time in the garden.

Bills included.

Rules:

No smoking in the house but you can smoke in the garden.

No parties and loud music as some of the tenants work from home.

We clean and tidy after ourselves.
