Double Room In Cute 2 Bedroom Flat

Hi!
My name is Belen, I've lived in this lovely flat for 3 years, because I absolutely love the area, and the flat.
I'm looking for someone very clean, relaxed, nice and independent to take over the other, slightly bigger room. Preferrably of a similar age to mine and with whom I might find some things in common :)
I'm a professional dancer and passionate about art. Easygoing, adventurous, and also enjoy time to myself. I'm Spanish and filipino, Born in Sydney. I'm also queer.

The flat is on the corner of a building, top floor, so we get a Lot of light, sunrise in the living room/balcony Side, and Sunset from our bedroom windows.
We also have a nice comunal Garden which is Great for BBQs in the Summer or just hanging out.

The property is run by an Agency for the landlords, both of whom are quite relaxed and can be easily contacted for any issues. You would be signing a yearly renewed lease, however you'd be able to leave after 6 months, giving enough notice.

We Pay between 100 & 200 gbp in Bills a month.
Council tax is 95gbp a month to be split between the 2 of us.
