Premium Studio for Students Available for Summer

Hey,

I am looking for a student to take over my tenancy this Summer. I have a Premium Studio at Yara Lewisham in Ladywell.

The property is located close to Ladywell Station, hence, being only 10 minutes away from London Bridge on the train. As well as, having frequent trains that will get to you to Waterloo Station or Charing Cross in around 15-20 mins. There are plenty of green areas around, with Ladywell Fields nearby, and multiple stores within reach, with a Sainsbury’s, ALDI, as well as the Lewisham Shopping Centre in under 10 mins walking distance.

The room will be available from early June, but I can be flexible with start days if necessary, up until the end of my tenancy on the 6th of September.

Utilities are included in the price and students are exempt from paying council tax, so you will only pay £255/week in rent for the whole studio (which equates to around £1,105/month). The payment for the rental period would be due in full at the point of moving in (this is a request from the landlord and cannot be modified).
