TWO lovely double rooms in a beautiful, spacious house on a residential street are soon to be available in the Lewisham/Ladywell area (ZONES 2&3).
Available from the 8th July (Although one may be available sooner).
The rooms available are unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished.
The monthly rent is £666 excluding bills (bills around £120/130 per month, we are on a smart meter so energy can be monitored)
House has 3 double rooms, a large kitchen, living room, 2 good sized bathrooms – one upstairs and one downstairs, a study/studio (great for working from home) and a garden.
Currently one of the rooms is upstairs and the other is downstairs, but this can be adapted by moving the study/studio downstairs if required.
Transport: The house is a 4 minute walk from Ladywell Station and 12 minutes to Lewisham with great transport links – you can be at London Bridge within 10 minutes, and Charing Cross & Canary Wharf within 15.
Local Amenities: We are a 5/6 minute walk from Lewisham Shopping Centre, local gyms, and have some really fun and quirky local bars and restaurants in both Ladywell and Lewisham.
There are some lovely parks; Ladywell Park (3 minute walk), Hillyfields (10 minute walk) and Greenwich Park (40 minute walk).
