Spacious room in our lovely house to rent. Located in Lea Bridge area. Close to bus stop and high street, Overground and Central Line. Tesco Express 3 minutes walk, Large Tesco 7 minutes. Plenty of local shops, cafes, food places and parks in a short walking distance.
The room you will rent is fully furnished. The house have main bathroom that you will share with 3 other people (4th room have own bathroom) and second toilet on the ground floor. Kitchen have all appliances needed, including dishwasher, shared living room with separate dining area, leading to the garden. All bill included in the rent.
We are looking for clean and quiet professional for single occupancy . We follow cleaning rota and being clean and organised it’s imperative. All of us working full time and we value our peace.
Smoking inside the house and parties are not allowed.
