The room is ensuite with its own lavatory, shower and basin. The room is on the ground floor with privacy screening on the bay window.

Shared living room with dining table, chairs and sofa.

Separate shared kitchen. This includes oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, new Bosch washer dryer and new Bosch fridge freezer.

The rent including fibre broadband (wifi), monthly cleaner, electricity and heating (subject to reasonable use), water and council tax.

South facing courtyard area (shared).

The house is around 5 minutes' walk to Lewisham DLR and National Rail Station with direct links to Canary Wharf, London Bridge and Bank etc., and bus routes are close by.

There is a Tesco nearby and Lewisham Shopping Centre is less than 10 minutes’ walk away. Blackheath Village is around 15 minutes’ walk away.

You must work from your office or other external work space for a minimum of 3 days per week. You would have access to the shared living room, shared kitchen, shared courtyard space.
