The room available is a double with a built-in cupboard and a Double Bed.

The flat has a spacious nicely finished living room and a very large basement with loads of storage space (above and below). The kitchen is fully fitted with all general appliances including dishwasher.

The apartment has a large paved garden to the back of the property and a separate courtyard off of the living room.

The place has been recently painted and there is still 1.5years on the current lease, which I want to extend. Council Tax Band C. Bills & Broadband not included in the rent.

The property is less than 5mins walk from Lewisham Station for mainline trains or the DLR. The surrounding area has lots of shops, pubs, restaurants, gyms, a big Tesco around the corner and Lewisham shopping centre just down the road.
