Short Term Double Rm In Modernised Queer House

Hi, I am renting a room in my house on a short to mid term basis. The room is only available for roughly 2-3 months whilst it is in the process of being sold. Below are a few details about the place :)

The room comes furnished with a double bed, antique chest of draws, hanging rails and bedside table and light. If you need storage there is plenty of room for bags and other belongings under the bed.

There is fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons - cooker, dishwasher, washing machine etc.. and nice little seating area for you to eat and drink, or just use your lap top. There are smokers within the house, but is only permitted outside where there is a small bench just by the kitchen door.

The bathroom in the house is downstairs and comes with a bath, shower and WC.

You would be sharing with 2 other professional gay men - one is a carpenter and I do stuff with music.

We are looking for another gay male, or straight and queer friendly professional who is both sociable and outgoing and happy to have the occasional chat over a cuppa or glass of wine, but also considerate of privacy/space.

We have a cat, so would be best suited to a fellow animal lover.

Another small but important part of our household is recycling, so looking for someone that knows at least what this is (you'd be surprised how many don't) and is happy to do their bit for the environment.

Rent is £740.00 per month (in advance) and all bills are included.
A security deposit of 1 months rent would required along with 2 references. Tenancy agreement provided.

The room is only available from the 25th April and NOT BEFORE.

A short message telling me something about yourself and your interest helps enormously over picture-less profiles and "is it available... can i take it??"
