Single room to let

Hello!

I’m looking to let a room in a tidy, well-maintained and modern Leyton house which comes with a friendly adult cat.

As a Muslim I'd prefer a tenant that only cooks halal meat however I do not mind if you drink alcohol.

The room is a large square single room (8sqm).

The room has been redecorated but needs furniture yet hence unfurnished, it will come with a double bed, wardrobe, small desk and chair. If interested then we can do a video call or you can come and take a look.

The house is situated close to the bakers arms and is about a 15 minute walk to Walthamstow Central (1.1 miles, Victoria Line and London Overground), Leytonstone (0.9 miles) and Leyton Stations (1.3 miles, Central Line), and a 5 minute walk to Leyton Midland Overground station. Whips Cross Hospital is also only a 10 minute walk. There is also a leisure centre with a swimming pool and gym only 3 - 4 minutes' walk away from the property.

It comes with a garden, large kitchen/diner/lounge area with all the necessary furniture (dining table, coffee table, sofa, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, bean to cup coffee machine, American fridge freezer, range cooker and a range of other cooking gadgets. There is a full bathroom suite on the first floor and WC on the ground floor.

We also have a 600Mbps broadband connection to the house with whole home Wi-Fi coverage and ethernet ports in each room.

I have been living in this house all my life and it has been treated and kept refurbished to a good standard, the whole home has oak flooring, oak ground floor doors, stairs and trims.

I am also an IT professional who has been working from home for the last 3 and a half years and this does not look like it will change anytime soon expect for maybe the odd day here or there so i will be at home during the day most days.
