*please note, the contract ends 4th January (8 month contract with no break clause) and the landlord expects reference checks.

- bills usually come to around £150pm
- unfurnished bedroom, can fit a double bed with a chest of drawers/wardrobe
- large spacious open plan kitchen and dining area with dishwasher!
- lovely nice size balcony
- bathroom with a bathtub, sharing with only one other girl
- concierge available 7 days a week
- safe and secure gated apartment block with a shared garden space and benches
- some furniture shown in photos won’t be in the flat when you move in as it’s owned by our current housemate!

the flat is 10min walk away from leyton station (central line) and is 5min tube away from stratford with westfield shopping centre and other tube lines such as lizzie, jubilee, dlr, overground! lots of nice parks and food spots nearby with a bagel shop right outside our door too🥯😋

this room is for those who are in their 20s and are ideally working from office!

a little about us:
we are two girls in our mid 20s (both met in a previous flat share🤭). we love having cozy nights in with candles, a glass of wine and music. we also do love to go out together on long walks, to markets or to explore new spots in london for food/drinks. we both are homebodies, so please note this is not a party house/guest house. we want to make sure the flat always feels like a safe space and home. looking for someone clean, tidy, respectful and friendly who also treats the space as a home🫶🏽
