Sadly I’m having to say goodbye to this lovely house as I’m relocating outside London.

My friends and I are looking for someone to take over my room when I move out on June 15th.

The room comes furnished with bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers as seen in the images (sorry in process of moving bits and bobs haha).
Very big double room ~ photos do not do it justice.

We have 2 bathrooms between the 4 of us, your room is the only room on the ground floor so you’ll have plenty of privacy. There is also a good sized living room, kitchen and garden out the back to enjoy the summer sun!

The house is 2mins walk from Leyton midland road station (overground), or a 19mins walk to Leytonstone (central line). There is also a bunch of bus stops 2mins from our front door so transportation links are perfect.

We also have a Sainsbury’s local, coffee shops and a BIG Tesco all in walking distance.
Leyton is the Hackney wannabe of your dreams (but sadly no PRET rip) ✨

You would be living with 3 working professionals- 2 women, 1 man. They are all SO lovely and we are all good friends. We’re looking for someone who will bring IMMACULATE vibes to our already vibey household (hoping to be friends as well as just housemates). They are always down to chill and chat after work and hang out with each other on weekends (but respectful of each others’ space also).
