We're currently looking for a house mate to join us by the end of november. Our house is located in Leyton. The room is on the second floor, it's very quite and shiny and is for ONE PERSON ONLY.
The house consists of 3 floors, 3 bathrooms, nice and wide kitchen and back yard.
We are looking for a friendly, quite and clean person who speaks fluent english, working and with previous experience in sharing a house ready to join a nice group of europan fellas. The minimum stay requied is of 6 months.
Price for this single room is £115 per week with ALL BILLS, WI-FI and CLEANING INCLUDED.
The house is well mantained and the room has recently been furnished with new matresses!
