We have a spacious double bedroom available for a male or female, in a friendly house share in Leyton.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, drawers, wardrobe, large mirror, desk and chair.

The bathroom is large with a shower as well as a bath and toilet.

The house is spacious with four bedrooms, split over 2 levels. It has a lounge room with fast Wifi, SKY TV, fab kitchen with gas cooker and plenty of cupboard space.

There is a lovely back garden great for BBQ's in the summer and a garden shed for storage.

We also have a spare room which can be used as an extra tv room/game room (anything really).

The house is in a great location just off the high street in a quiet street, a safe 5min walk from Leyton Station (central Line) and one stop from Stratford (Jubilee Line, DLR, Rail links and Westfield). Sainsburys a 2 min walk away on the high street, a fitness first and huge 24 hour Asda a 5min walk away!

The room is available on the 27th of September. Date slightly flexible.

Bills are split evenly between the 4 house mates. (£70 per month, a little more in winter) This includes Wifi, and SKY TV, council tax, water, gas and electricity.

About us: We are friendly and sociable and are looking for a like minded house mate who is clean and easygoing but who also enjoys having a night out or dinner every now and again.
