I have a perfect DOUBLE ROOM available (bills included in rent!) to let in a beautiful and spacious 4 bedroom house (with high ceilings) and am looking for friendly, clean and responsible NON-SMOKERS ONLY to join my household.

Rooms are fully furnished (modern decor), huge wardrobes, double beds, ceiling fan and high-speed wireless broadband Internet access. Kitchen is fully fitted, with modern microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. Huge open plan living room with flat screen TV, and DVD. The house has wooden floors throughout with a small private garden at the rear.

Located in Zone 3, Leyton, Leytonstone (Central Line) and Walthamstow Central (Victoria Line) underground stations are only a 10-15 min walk (or short bus ride) from the house (within a mile), and buses are regular, approx every 5 minutes. Only 15-20 minutes into the City (Liverpool Street) or West End. Also, Leyton Midland Station (London Overground) is only 2 minutes walk from the house (practically at the end of the road!)
