We have a small double room (currently set up as a single) available in a professional houseshare NOW! The property is only 300 steps (3 min walk) away from Leytonstone station, which is in Zone 3 on the Central line, from where it is quick and easy into the city (under 30 mins to Oxford Circus). The house is very close to the A12, which connects you to the A406, M11 & M25.

All amenities are close by, including a 24-hour Tesco, Whipps Cross Hospital, Epping Forest, Westfields Shopping Centre and the high street with shops, bars & restaurants.

This front facing main bedroom has IKEA furniture, including:

Please note the room is for single occupancy only. The price is £575 per month and includes all bills.

Rent will be payable monthly in advance via a standing order. We also require £300 as a refundable deposit. The contract will be for a minimum of 6 months, after which it becomes a rolling 1 month contract. There is a notice period of 1 month.
