Lovely Cosy Double Room To Rent In E11 Leytonstone

Hello!

I have a nice cosy double room to rent which is available from 3rd September 2024. The location is nearby to the high road where you can find 24 hour shops, gyms, supermarkets, pharmacy's, post office's etc.

The train stations (Leyton & Leytonstone) are a 10-15 minute walk and to get there by bus takes 5 minutes. The bus stops are a 1-3 minute walk away from the house.
The next nearest train station is Maryland which is 6-8 minutes on the bus, and a 15-17 minute walk.

The house is clean, quiet and everybody you will be living with is friendly and also tidy. Everybody is working & studying (Masters) full time so the house is often empty. In saying this, I would like someone who is also working away from home.
You would be sharing a bathroom (with 1 person mainly), kitchen and living room area.

I would prefer a female to move in.
No pets, children or couples please. LGBT friendly.

The deposit (£500) is required when securing the room and is returned when you move out. The monthly rent cost is £750 and includes all bills. There are no extra fee's.
Speedy WiFi is also included.

The room is furnished and contains: A (bunk) bed - ideal especially if you have a guest staying over. A duvet and 2 pillows, 1 chester drawer & 1 wardrobe. A nice shaggy floor rug and an oil-filled heater for extra room warmth during the cold season.

- A gym 2 minutes walk away from home.

- Quiet streets and friendly neighbours.

- A Great place to live just one stop away from Stratford. (Westfield and Olympic Park). Good for shopping and eating out, varied restaurants in the area.
