This is a double room with en suite facilities for renting to a single person.

I am a retired solicitor and this is my house. Nicely furnished and decorated.

Strictly non smoking person required. No bicycles or scooters inside house but may be left on forecourt. Will require a Council parking permit. to park on street.

Rent includes most bills except for heating during weekdays daytime which would need to be extra for anyone who wishes to work from home.

I am available for viewings 8am to 8pm most days by appointment.
