We have a double room available on 18 January in a professional clean houseshare. The property is only 3 min walk from Leytonstone station, which is in Zone 3 on the Central line, from where it is quick and easy into the city (16 mins to bank, 24 mins to Oxford Circus).

All amenities are close by, including a 24-hour Tesco & ASDA, Whipps Cross Hospital, Epping Forest and the high street with shops, bars & restaurants. The house is also very close to the A12, which connects you to the A406, M11 & M25.

The room has the following furniture:
- a single or double bed & quality sprung mattress (you can choose)
- 1 x bedside table
- 1 x bedside lamp
- a wardrobe
- a chest of drawers
- a mirror
- a bin
- wireless internet access

Please note the room is for single occupancy only, so no couples please. The price is £580pcm and includes all bills.

The house has everything you need, including the following:

The house has 1 bathroom on the top floor (newly refurbished) and a shower room in the basement. Both have a basin and toilet.

If required, there is parking available in the street in front of the house, but you'll have to arrange for a parking permit through the council (around £40 per annum). Please note that this is not included in the price.

Rent will be payable monthly in advance via a standing order. We also require half a month's rent as a refundable deposit (£290). The contract will be for a minimum of 6 months, after which it becomes a rolling 1 month contract. There is a notice period of 1 month.
