2 Single Rooms For 2 People In Leyton/Leytonstone

Before you call me please see the House Basis, if they are ok for you, then you are welcome to view the room.(There were so many people like the room and the price but they changed their mind after seeing the House Basis, I put them here so that both of us do not need to waste our time. )

***HOUSE BASIS***
My dear friend:
Welcome you come and live in this house first of all. Because we are all from different culture, maybe we have totally different habits, sometimes even oppsite. Therefore, for you and other tenants have a wonderful life during the time everyones are living here, we would like to introduce some basis of the house. All of them are from the voice of the tenants, to create a nice, safety and friendly living environment for every tenants. If there is something else your think that it is important for you, please let us know as well. We may add it on later. We respect everyone's feeling.

1. Please change your shoes on ground floor near the door.

2. The electric heater is not allowed to be used, please. contral heating is warm enough for everyone.

3. Please Wash all the stuffs (such as forks, knives, spoons Etc.,) you used after cooking. Tidy them up ready for next person to use, please.

4. Please always keep the sink strainer set in the drain hole when you wash anything in the sink. And keep the sink clean and empty after you use, please.

5. Please keep the main door and garden door closed when nobody uses the kitchen and garden.

6. Please keep the kitchen door closed and switch on the draft fan when you are cooking and switch it off after.

7. Please No smoking anywhere inside of the house.

8. Please keep quiet after 10: 00 pm and before 9: 00am. No loud music and voice, please.

9. The only place for party is in the garden, not in your room, please. Please keep the public space clean and tidy after you use.

10. The visitors shall leave the house after 10: 00pm. No visitor left overnight, please.

11. Please do NOT use others’ private belongings before you ask for the permission.

12. Please open the bathroom door and window to release the steam after you have a shower. Flush the toilet after you use.

There are 2 stunning and spacious single rooms for 2 people available right now in zone 3 east london, in which very convenient transport condition around. you might just take 10 mins walk to Leytonstone station on central line, or 15 mins to Leyton station, alternatively, overground station Leytonstone High Road also in walking distance about 5 mins. There are many buses around to Stratford and central london.

You could take the bus a few stops to Asda open 24/7, or you can go for a shopping at TK Maxx shopping center. Very convenient area live in London.

This is a six bedrooms house shared by 4 international professionals now(max 6), all nice and friendly people. This is a really international house, working professionals are preferred.

there are 2 first floor single rooms available right now, which are bright and newly refurbished. Rooms have comfortable single beds, carpeted floor. Big wardrobe, and drawers are provided.

All bills included, (electricity, gas, water, council tax, high speed internet is provided).
