We have a huge double room in our 4-storey Victorian Terrace House. The bedroom has big bay windows and two large full height wardrobes with plenty of storage space. The room is east-facing so there is an abundance of natural light in the morning. There is lots of space for a sofa, desk and any other furniture you want to have in your room.

The house is huge with communal spaces including a well-maintained garden, kitchen and dining space, a large living room (with projector!) and two WCs. You would be sharing with 4 people (26-33 y. o) who are into music, art and enjoy meals together.

We are located 100 metres from the central line tube, with buses even closer.
Amenities include a 24-hour Tesco, Sainsburys, local shops and pubs in Leytonstone town centre all within a five minute walk.
Local highlights include Epping Forest, Hollow Ponds Boating Lake and The Hitchcock Hotel all within a ten minute walk.
