The house has a living room, large kitchen, one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs, two bathrooms and a beautiful little garden which was recently renovated last summer. The room available is downstairs and has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table. The kitchen is also fully stocked with everything you could need.
The house is a 10 minute bus ride/25 minute walk from Stratford station or a 15 minute walk from Leyton station with great transport links to the city.
We are looking for a housemate who is friendly, clean, tidy and considerate. We enjoy having meals together and chilling out watching TV/movies in the evening.
The rent includes all bills - Council tax, water, TV license, Sky broadband & TV and Gas & Electric.
