Quick central line tube/cycle into the City, and central/jubilee line crossover for Canary Wharf.
Furnished huge double in newly refurbished ground floor flat in Leytonstone. Two bedrooms (currently have a friend in the other room), separate kitchen with range cooker, bathroom with bath and shower, and large living room, with enough space for sofa/tv area and study space. The flat is south-facing, large and airy, with new double glazing and a new boiler, and some lovely neighbours. I'm moving abroad for 6 months so I'm looking for a temporary rental.
Bills including broadband, combined gas and electricity, building service charge, water, council tax and TV licence comes to £120 a month.
I'm moving to Paris for 6 months for work, and so my current flatmate and I are looking for someone who is relaxed, clean and sociable to take the room between March and August.
